Solid leadership from Abdul Carter! The NY Giants and its players should not associate with a racist authoritarian president who has no respect for athletes or their rights as workers and human beings.
Abdul Carter on Jaxson Dart: "If he chooses to align himself with a man like President Trump, it's my responsibility based on what I believe and what I stand on to not only show my teammates that I'm against that, but to show the world."

I’ll be rooting for the Giants defense and whoever our backup QB is this fall. Dart’s embracing MAGA is an abomination.

It sounds like Donald Trump dictated this ridiculous “motion”. The DOJ and the AG should be ashamed that this is the work product of federal govt lawyers.
BREAKING: Acting AG Blanche, Assoc AG Woodward, and Trent McCotter file a deranged motion in the National Trust ballroom case asking the district court to "immediately" issue an "indicative ruling" that it will dissolve the preliminary injunction that DOJ has already appealed if it gets jurisdiction to do so.

We are privileged to represent the Plaintiffs in this righteous civil rights class action that seeks justice for 2000 gay male employees of New York City and their spouses who were denied the opportunity to receive IVF benefits.
A class action lawsuit was filed in 204 alleging NYC doesn’t provide full IVF benefits to gay male employees. The city’s lawyers have ignored discovery requests and showed up completely unprepared to hearings, delaying it the case, according to transcripts thecity.nyc/2026/04/16/gay-c…

This is pretty much the median House Republican these days.
GOP Rep. Troy Nehls on Trump’s feud with Pope Leo. “I believe that Donald Trump is better than sliced bread. I think he's almost a second coming in my humble opinion.”

As a huge baseball fan, I agree that @AOC is right about this.
This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.

We are proud to represent the brilliant & funny .@JuliaAngwin in a nationwide class action over Grammarly’s AI Expert Review tool that used many writers’ names w/out their consent. Please take a moment to hear Julia’s perspective. nytimes.com/2026/03/13/opini…

I am glad to see that today Justice Gorsuch put the country before the president who nominated him. I hope that he can apply the same principle to many other cases where President Trump is trampling, disregarding & disrespecting the Constitution and the laws Congress enacted.
For anyone putting loyalty to a person above loyalty to the Constitution, Justice Gorsuch’s remarks should be required reading. His words are a reminder that our highest duty is to the rule of law and the founding principles that define America.

Rev. Jesse Jackson was a big time somebody, but he lifted up people from all walks of life, made them all feel they were somebody with agency and the right to equality, and unified them for a greater purpose. RIP Rev. Jackson.
I don’t know who needs to hear Jesse Jackson leading the kids on Sesame Street in this beautiful call-and-response reminding them that every child is somebody, but here it is

I am appalled that @WashPost has laid off so many talented journalists for no good reason, including Naomi Nix .@NaomiNixWrites whose coverage of tech (incl. diversity in tech) has been phenomenal and a huge benefit to the Post’s readers & the public good.
After almost four years at The Washington Post, my role was eliminated along with a ton of other talented journos. It’s a cliche to say but this job was a dream come true. Thanks to my fantastic reporter friends and amazing editors who made the work better and banter funny.

Yes, democracy dies in darkness. But without reporters holding BigTech accountable, more kids and adults will likely die as Silicon Valley experiments on us. More people will be digitally redlined. More tech workers will be denied equal opportunity in the workplace.

Better late than never that this Trump voter sees and speaks the truth. Anyone who remains a GOP official must own that their party is comparing America’s first Black President and First Lady to monkeys. The modern GOP has always been a racist party. But this is beyond the pale.
Three-time Trump voter: I voted for Trump, but I really want to apologize. I'm looking at this awful picture of the Obamas. What an embarrassment to our country. All this man does is tell lies. He is not worthy of the presidency. He takes bribes blatantly, and now he's being a racist blatantly. He's pathetic as a president, and I just want to apologize to everybody in the country for supporting this rotten, rotten man.

Good for .@kaitlancollins for standing up for the Epstein survivors and demanding answers from Trump. Trump is a sexist coward who is only happy when women are subordinated to the state and he can sexually assault them with impunity.
President Trump argues the country should move on from the Epstein files and lashes out when asked about the survivors' response to the latest release from the Justice Department.

I appreciate that this brave government lawyer told the truth. What would be even better is if ICE would comply with the court orders to respect the federally protected rights of people being wrongfully detained and attacked in Minneapolis fox9.com/news/federal-attorn…

Chris Murphy for President
A UAE investor secretly gave Trump $187 million and his top Middle East envoy $31 million. And then Trump gave that investor access to sensitive defense technology that broke decades of national security precedent. Brazen, open corruption. And we shouldn't pretend it's normal.

Brad Karp should retire. And in 2029 when the DOJ is no longer run by Trump cultists it should investigate whether the Trump Admin used Karp’s relationship with Epstein to get Paul Weiss to “donate” its services to Trump’s causes.

This is pure, unabashed bigotry. If a politician said this about any other faith, they would rightfully be run out of their party. But this kind of despicable anti-Muslim rhetoric is so normalized that a sitting Senator uses it without consequence. A stain on our Congress.
