So. Some news. After some consideration I’ve decided to step away from my role at @iristheatre to pursue other creative opportunities. Despite a difficult couple of years I’ve been mad proud of what our brilliant team has managed to achieve. Proper superheroes the lot.

It’s about removing responsibility from Government.
If you were never told to close but you took the decision to protect people then that lies with you.
The industry has been shut by proxy.
No Gov responsibility = No requirement for aid.

He reached football-mad-lads from Salford. Changed their world-view & showed them what theatre could be. It was intelligent, anarchic & human. He united the divides & challenged us to understand this strange ride we are all on together. No need to be sad though…he’s still here.
