Hoy, el organismo que vela por la seguridad marítima certifica, en la práctica, que ese gendarme ya no puede proteger la ruta más estratégica del planeta. La inseguridad que denuncia Domínguez tiene un origen preciso: la presencia militar y los ataques estadounidenses, que han convertido un corredor comercial en un tablero de guerra. Irán no bloquea el paso, lo defiende. Antes de la escalada, los buques mercantes de cualquier país transitaban sin interferencias y sin coste.
