Just an update regards to reopening - As Gymnastics is a close contact sport, we are waiting until all of our Coaches, Volunteers and older gymnasts are fully vaccinated before we go back to Gym. This is to make sure that we are all protected as much as possible (1/2)

We are making some resources, our first one is ‘PSNGC Home Activity Ideas’ These are super fun to do around the house and also gets some exercise in! 🙌🏻💪🏻 You can print these off and put it up in the house, every time you walk past it, do one activity or even more!
