Saturday’s Canterbury Postcard & Collectors’ Fair was a runaway success, with the organisers reporting a record attendance. This is a fair with wide appeal featuring, as it does, not only postcards, but also a large range of other collectables. The next fair is on 10th October
You could take him to a postcard fair. There are lots of military cards from this era, the majority haven’t been researched in any way. If he’s internet savvy there’s all sorts of rabbit holes you can disappear down! @PTApostcards have a list of upcoming events.
