PUG Research co-hosted a workshop with the Mayor’s Office following the findings from our CHEC Sanitation Project. This workshop brought together Khayelitsha residents, City officials, and the Mayor to co-create solutions to improving communication channels and service requests.

Great morning connecting with Khayelitsha residents! 🌞
Along with a research team from UWC, we held a workshop with residents to think of ways to make fault reporting easier and so improve service delivery.
The City maintains over 50,000 toilets & 10,000 communal taps in Cape Town’s informal settlements. 🚰
We're working together to keep them flowing, and always want to do more to improve quality of life for all Capetonians.
