Processing 12.8 million tonnes per year (245,000–250,000 barrels per day), this refinery supplies roughly 35–40% of the fuel consumed in Moscow and the surrounding region.

We can't have Russian citizens enjoying the freedoms of European life while the Kremlin continues its missile attacks against Ukrainian families and cities. Together with Sweden, we call on the Commission and Member States to uphold a stricter visa policy for Russian applicants.

The US will be able to totally concentrate to Pacific after a decade of transformation, but will loose much of it's control and leverage in Europe. The support to US interventions will not be an automaton anymore.

Still many European and US mutual interests, like containing China will stay and alliance will propably endure the hardships of trumpian era.
In future it will be more bilateral between EUR-Nato and US - sharing the cost and power between two partners, US- satelite states.
