Do all football broadcast not really do play-by-play? They comment but don't really make any attempt to describe any of the play in real time. They leave space a lot of stadium ambiance.
It really makes it more enjoyable. I think all the sports broadcasts should do the same.

I don't normally like American teams, but soccer players are the least culturally American of the players of any major team sport and the team has a lot of 2nd gen immigrants, so MAGA probably hates them.
Them and South Korea seemed to be the best of the teams so far.

I enjoy watching basketball, but that every game, regardless of who is ahead by however much, seems to come down to turning the last 2 minutes into a 10 minute game of fouls and timeouts to determine the winner is dumb.
