I’m curious why the larger discussion never admits the failure of majority rule.
Republic form of governance was intended to balance this but they ignored the possibility of political monopolies
The Trump administration should use this as a pretext to allow any area in a blue state to join a neighboring state if the people want. If blue states can't or won't prove that their elections are fair, the feds have every right to free their citizens to join other states.

China didn’t steal American jobs, CEOs of multinational corporations gave them away.
AI won’t steal American jobs, CEOs will make a choice to cut labor to save a dime.
