Does anyone have a team they cheer for that’s enjoyable? I’ll always be a die hard UK fan and my other team is the Dolphins. The last 5 years have been BRUTAL. Open to NHL or MLB teams no NBA. Thanks!

I shared some thoughts tonight on the KSBoard about the current online community, specifically around the transfer portal. Someone could probably speak on this better than I can, and it's probably worth an entire book on its own, but I wanted to share some of what I'm thinking on here.
This is the most tense I've ever seen the online community during the transfer portal. I think that's due to a lot of factors, not limited to, a smaller sphere of information relay, more burner accounts that can put out information without fear of personal backlash, and a driver for quick intel that can result in a clouding of the bigger picture information.
The last few years of the portal created such a high amount of revenue for media companies, but also burner accounts and those taking advantage of Discord chats and X monetization, that it created expectations on newbreakers to break more news when there's the same amount of news as in years past.
It feels a lot like the pot calling the kettle black, saying this, especially given that a lot of the news I break sometimes others don't want me to put out, but I really wonder how sustainable it is to have the expectation for so much information at all times, and to have that expectation continually increased.

The Associated Press interviewed Yaxel Lendeborg, and he said Mark Pope and Kentucky reportedly offered him $7–9M when he entered the portal from UAB.
He also said he would’ve made 3× more money at Kentucky than he would have at Michigan!
