Micah Parsons doesn't think the Packers have a missing piece. They have the right players in the building, but it's a matter of those players being held accountable.
"The greatest teams, if you look at all of the documentaries, it was player-led accountability," Parsons says. "The coach shouldn't have to tell players to stay onside or limit penalties. Whatever the penalty may be, that's not the coach. Between me, Jordan Love, Zaire Franklin, Edgerrin Cooper, Xavier McKinney—we've just got to do a better job at that, and we've got to hold players accountable.
When asked if accountability was lacking last season, Parsons said, "I wouldn't say it was lacking, but I definitely think the standard has been raised."
