A fresh Limoncello Gin Fizz? 1oz Limoncello-1 Oz Gin- 1/2 lemon juice-4 Oz Club Soda-fresh thyme - Ice Fill half of a shaker with ice, add all ingredients except club soda; shake about 10 times, add to a large chilled glass and top off with soda and a lemon wheel to garnish.
