Thank you to everyone who has supported us this year. It’s been a fantastic 12 months that saw us celebrate 20 years of cheese in Pangbourne. We can’t wait to see what 2026 sends our way! In the meantime we are going to see in the New Year with cheese (obvs) #HappyNewYear #Cheese

Did you know that the best fondue in Switzerland is known as ‘moitié moitié’ meaning half and half. The ideal combination is a 50:50 mix of Le Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP. Add some white wine & corn flour and the resulting dish is melted cheese heaven! 😋

It’s stocktake day 👍🏻 This involves weighing every piece of cheese in the shop as well as counting every box of crackers, every jar of chutney, every sugar mouse…! 😳 Luckily I‘m only responsible for the 164 different cheeses that we currently have in #CheesePaperwork
