Malcolm Michaels Jr, aka by his preferred nickname "Mikey", drag name Marsha, was a child sex entrepreneur affiliated with porn kingpin Mike "Dirty Mike" Umbers, a part of Matty "The Horse" Ianniello's Mafia Times Square sex empire. Michael's did nothing that advanced gay rights during the period except to complain about being disliked by the membership of the Gay Liberation Front and that people wouldn't dance with him at GLF fundraising dances.

trans activist cannot go a day without being misogynistic. How many times is “esp trans women” going to highlight these men and without any reason, take every concern away from trans identified women.
Noticing the subtle bait and switch rhetoric of "genital preference" when they actually mean "genital exclusion." I think people are unconsciously aware of how this discourse dehumanizes and reduces people (esp trans women) to meat so they use softer language to eschew the guilt
