It’s not that hard to understand. The Democratic Party doesn’t like America. They may like their individual neighborhoods, their favorite coffee shop or restaurant, or music festival but that’s not really the same is it? When was the last time you heard an elected Democrat say anything positive about the United States that wasn’t either strictly performative or that didn’t include some obligatory caveat about our horrible past or persistent inequality or systemic racism? When it comes to the things that truly make a country a country, things like history, traditions, culture…borders, they’re not impressed. In fact they’re usually hostile. When they’re protesting they have to remind their side to bring American flags…and then remind them to not burn them. When you observe institutions or organizations that they control, do they get more patriotic…or less? When was the last time you heard anything positive about America coming from a liberal college campus? Don’t get mad at me for pointing out the obvious. And don’t try to combat this by pointing out flaws with conservatives. I’m not saying conservatives are without fault, I’m merely saying you never have to question whether or not we actually like the country we’re trying to protect and govern. And spare me the “Im a Democrat and Im a veteran!” outrage that I know is coming. Yeah Im a veteran too, and you know what, just because you served doesn’t mean you love this country. And even if YOU do…YOUR party doesn’t. And you being the exception to the rule doesn’t help your argument, it proves mine. So if you’re a Democrat and you’re getting “offended” by this, how about you do something different for a change and instead of using your offense as a substitute for an argument, you actually think about this for a moment and ask yourself how wrong I really am based on what you see being said in every left wing institution in this country.

MN, CA, Ohio, NY. The list grows. Time to audit WI programs. I'll lead this charge in the Senate.
The scale of Medicaid fraud in Ohio is staggering. It's estimated to be to the tune of $1.2 Billion. Our Oversight Committee Task Force is working to put an end to it and put the bad guys in jail.

Yes we are. We do not have a revenue problem in Madison. We have a spending problem. Time to end it.

Wisconsin's families are getting crushed by sky-high property taxes thanks to Madison liberals locking in hikes for 400 years. Seniors priced out, young folks locked out of the American dream. The choice is simple. 400 years of tax hell or real relief for Wisconsin families? Watch & share: bit.ly/4e8a59b

The natural yearning of Americans is freedom. Unleash the Wisconsin economy. Cut useless regulations. Cut property taxes. Cut the size of government and the spending in Madison. Watch Wisconsin soar!
Lake County's economy grew 48% from 2001 to 2010, while Kenosha County lagged at 34%. Then Wisconsin opted for freedom. Fortunes reversed: Lake County grew 66% from 2011 to 2024, while Kenosha County grew 92%. Freedom benefits people. badgerinstitute.org/wisconsi…

Multiple examples of this throughout history. We have a spending problem in Madison not a revenue problem. We have a very stark contrast in 2026 between the side that wants socialism and the side that wants freedom. As a State Senator, I will choose the side of freedom.
Wisconsin created America’s first income tax in 1911 on the argument that we needed to protect farmers by eliminating the property tax and sticking it to railroad and timber barons. Sound familiar? We ended up with high property taxes AND and an income tax. In 1961 Wisconsin created a 3% sales tax to…you guessed it…eliminate the property tax. We ended up with high income taxes, high property taxes and a new sales tax. Wisconsin raised the sales tax in 1969 to…lower property taxes. Guess what? It didn’t work. Wisconsin raised it again in 1982 to…you get the point… It’s a con. @FrancescaHongWI’s tax plan for a 17.7% income tax is no different.

As predicted by those opposing Obamacare since 2009. Less government intervention. More freedom. More competition.
My health insurance costs are now approximately triple what they were when Obamacare was passed with the stated promise of reducing health insurance costs. #ThanksObama

Today I am announcing the suspension of my campaign for Lieutenant Governor to run for Senate District 11. I remain humbled and honored by the support I received across the state since we started last year. I want to thank everyone who has supported my campaign. I have consistently articulated my vision for the Lieutenant Governor as a leader who is an advocate for all Wisconsinites. After much discussion and reflection, I believe I can best serve as an advocate and leader from the Senate. I look forward to the opportunity to earn the ability to serve in this capacity.
