4/4 Regardless of whether you use my email platform or a competitor's, the solution is to set up your own custom tracking domain if you are using a shared tracking domain OR check every domain (especially link shorteners) in your content on check.spamhaus.org/ before sending.

Cold emailers brag about "meetings booked". But "meetings booked" does not equal "meetings". We offered personal demoes to people who signed up for GMass. 100 people booked meetings. Less than 50 showed up. "Meetings booked" is an irrelevant stat.

Here's a good litmus test to determine whether the people you follow on X have any original thought or just regurgitate nonsense. If they've posted a "RIP Google - ChatGPT search just launched" in the last 24 hours, un-follow them now, or risk getting dumber.

4. Reaching out to Hotmail support through olcsupport-dot-office-dot-com is a must. Just be prepared for the process to take time and require persistence, but in the end you'll end up with the this result.

Whenever I see that an online store is using Shopify, I hesitate and go to Amazon to see if I can buy it there instead. Why? Because Shopify makes you download an app just to be able to track your order. No thanks.

An example of how NOT to use AI in cold email. Yes, I did go to Case. 30 years ago. This is easy to do. Scrape my LinkedIn for my university, and prompt the OpenAI API with "Give me two sentences about recent news at Case Western for the intro of a cold email."
