A new PhD started today. She asked for general advice for the first few months. This was my advice:
1. Don’t work evenings or weekends
2. Don’t aim to prove yourself (to me), I’m already convinced of your capacities
3. Go for a walk when things dazzle you (1/3)
Honoured and pleased to see continuous collaboration wt colleagues from @AIBNatUQ. Thank you Prof Max Lu @oneinbillion for amazing talk and highligthing the importance of working together for virtuous cycle of excellence.
Congrats again to our leader Scientia Prof Rose Amal from @UNSWChemEng who will be presented with the Clean Energy Medal 2023 by @IChemE and also opportunity to give a talk to share her research. It's not too late to join the talk and celebrate with us: global.gotowebinar.com/join/…

Great presentation by Charlotte at @NAM28NACS today on Ni-TiN, uncovering new pathways for visible light enhanced thermal carbon dioxide conversion (not that I am biased 🙃)
