Mock Eggs- The vegan alternative!
@iitdelhi Prof Kavya & her student team won the Innovate4SDG with "mock eggs."
They taste, smell and healthy as real eggs but are made from crop-sourced proteins. Their innovation addresses SDG 2 and SDG3.
