A successful prelim #airpressure test confirmed that we are on the right track with our latest #passivhaus in the #WyeValley. The glazing has been installed, the metal roof covering & timber cladding is well underway & the inside is almost ready for plastering 😊

Not only do we aim to inspire efficiency we feel passionately about inspiring #young to build for the future using our #lowenergy #timberframe system. They are all working well towards their qualifications & participating in additional training courses in the factory 😊

Having lived in a #passivhaus through all four seasons our clients are finding that the comfort aspect is true to form. By allowing #crossventilation during the cooler hours & closing the #tripleglazedwindows during the hotter hours the internal temp is #cool & comfortable
The #carpentry team is busy carrying out the internal works. The #interior is highly designed so #attentiontodetail is paramount. Both the factory/site teams have collaborated to pull together the #bespokefurniture. We look forward to sharing more on completion...
