Excited to share our paper in @PNASNews doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2400213…. To our surprise, the ROSA26iDTR line showed diphtheria toxin-induced choroid plexus ablation in the adult brain 😱, we show an unexpected role of the ChP in retaining the pool of neuroblasts in the adult SVZ
