Forget that it solves those problems. The universe is not expanding ding. All matter shrinks. The universe doesn't care how much is the energy density. It doesn't change. This equations, that describe why the universe expands, are mathematical nonsense. See my pinned post links.

The drying process shrinks that meat. Then the blender makes powder. Thus powder I mixed with an equal amount of beef tallow and poured it on my plank that was covered with a plastic foil. Now I can let it cool down in a perfect shape for cookies while it is easy to separate.
With the same slicer that I used to make my dinner hotpot meat, I sliced a larger piece of lean beef. I just set a thicker slice. Then, with toothpicks I hung the slices in the oven on some 70°C with the door cracked open. This will makes them dry over the coming time so that I can make more pemmican.

Here another view of the hanging if the meat slices. The problem is the positioning of the grating while getting the slices between the rods.
