Tried Fable yesterday and it feels 5-10% better than Opus which is nice but a little underwhelming considering the hype🤔
It still makes mistakes and takes poorly thought-out shortcuts, comes up with overcomplicated or awkward solutions, and doesn’t always strictly adhere to the rules or code patterns established.
It feels like we are far away from fully autonomous agents that write actual production code better than human engineers. At this pace it will take at least a decade to get there, if at all.

For context, they want to force Anthropic to lower their guardrails so that Claude can be used for military operations. Currently, Claude models refuse to be used for mass surveillance and AI-controlled weapons.

OpenGuessr just suffered from a DDoS attack that almost entirely bypassed Cloudflare's WAF.
> 7 million requests to the Origin server in ~8 minutes
> WAF only served 30k challenges
> NGINX logs show User Agents that are clear fakes
How is this possible? Servers are recovering now and I've reached out to Cloudflare Support.
