HEX VECTOR - EPISODE ONE DUCT TAPE This is the first episode of a new series I'm starting. There are a lot of experimental ideas packed into this project, both creatively and technically, and I'm excited to finally share it. In a world where identity has become currency and entire lives can be erased with a single decision, mercenary Rook is pulled into what should have been a routine job. A quiet conversation at Node 0 HQ sets events into motion that reveal cracks beneath the surface of a much larger problem. This episode serves as an introduction to the world of HEX VECTOR, its characters, and the uneasy balance that exists between power, trust, and survival. This is only the beginning.

I stumbled onto two realizations recently. The first is that a sitcom about Gnostic gods is somehow S-tier comedy. Not because I am making fun of Gnosticism. The actual mythology already reads like a dysfunctional cosmic office. Yaldabaoth is convinced he's the only god. He builds a flawed world. He's not evil, just wildly overconfident and slightly oblivious. Meanwhile his increasingly exhausted administration spends eternity trying to keep reality running. The second realization is that I think it's a mistake for me to focus on releasing entire episodes. Instead of disappearing for two weeks and releasing one finished project, I should be releasing individual scenes as I make them. Then once enough pieces exist, they naturally become an episode. And once enough episodes exist, they become something bigger.

Had an extra couple generations after completing the last project. Episode one of Hex Vector. I decided to have a little fun and make this.

Ok hear me out, I got a hot take. Major streamers who already have large audiences are going to combine powers with AI film makers and make extremely high quality movies and videos that will dominate the movie scene.

Splinter - SHREDDER | TMNT Music Video I love these music videos. They have that kinda grime you only know if you ever played in a band IRL.

Nobody has yet been able to counter the argument that if AI is stealing art then it would also by extension be stealing language and math. That point is brutal for them to deal with.

Sabaoth introduces Vesper to Yaldabaoth for the first time. Sabaoth: "Father, there is someone I would like you to meet." Yaldabaoth: "If this is another complaint from Iao, I'm not interested." Sabaoth: "It isn't." Sabaoth steps aside. Sabaoth: "This is Vesper." Yaldabaoth: "..." Vesper: "Hello." Yaldabaoth: "That is a rabbit." Vesper: "I was informed that would likely be your first observation." Yaldabaoth: "Why is it wearing jewelry?" Vesper: "Personal preference." Yaldabaoth: "Why is it talking?" Vesper: "I am standing right here."

So this is probably the most interesting response I have gotten back from someone on the anti-AI side. I have not spine and no actual testicles. Hence I can get away with such spew. YOU DO NOT ENJOY ART IF ENGAGED IN DEVALUATION OF PROMPT FAKERY!!

When it comes to AI filmmaking, I don’t want safe or normal. I want to see people go down absolute rabbit holes, interviewing lost Gnostic Archons, exploring digital nations, DAO politics, artificial gods, and entire civilizations built inside simulations. That’s exactly what I’m doing with HEX VECTOR. It’s about a world where digital reality matters more than the physical one, where humanity builds new gods and new systems… then has to live with the consequences. This kind of weird, unhinged, philosophical storytelling is exactly the kind of stuff I want to see.

I want X to give me a way to gather up all AI Episodes and movies meant to be consumed in that format and put them on a binge list automatically so I can leave it running in the background as it cycles through movies and episodes that people I follow make. @elonmusk

DAO ALPHA NEEDS YOU!!! "Arena blood sports? That's good enough for baseline." In the not-too-distant future, the North American Cluster is divided among competing DAOs—digital nation-states that control what remains of the internet and the virtual worlds built upon it. As virtual reality technology advanced, these DAOs began issuing their own currencies to fund infrastructure, simulations, and security. Over time, a disturbing truth emerged: The value of a DAO's currency is directly tied to the realism of its simulations. And realism requires consequences. The harsher the penalty for failure, the greater the trust in the system. The greater the trust, the more valuable the currency. Most DAOs settled for inconvenience. Some settled for exile. DAO Alpha chose something else. Death inside DAO Alpha carries a twelve-month removal from the network. No appeals. No exceptions. One mistake can cost a year of your life. The result? The most valuable currency in the world. Now millions tune in every day to watch competitors risk everything in the arena. Champions become celebrities. Losers disappear. Every credit has a story. Every champion was a volunteer. Risk creates value.

I suspect that the story around Hex Vector is so left field, so not mainstream, I don't know how people are going to react. But AI gives us the ability to dive into shit that would normally never ever see the light of day. I lined up a bunch of existential rabbit holes at once.

The storyline of HEX Vector takes place in a social VR platform that exists in the future that is part of a decentralized federated cluster of north America. This cluster is a part of what was left after the internet. The original 6 stars of the DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) is able to build value for its currency through PVP blood sport. They advertise that this DAO has the harshest death penalty of any other DAO on any other cluster in the world. Thus it drives the value of the currency higher. The more valuable the currency the more safe the DAO is from Sybil attacks. "Risk creates value." "Every credit has a story." "Every champion was a volunteer." If you die or are killed on DAO Alpha you will be removed for 12 full months. Meaning that you will not be able to participate in the highest value online ecosystem in the world!
