16 more dogs left the shelter in north east China. Now they have a much better chance at a new beginning. They will be closer to the airports and be able to access better vet care . They can also share kennels with indoor and outdoor space.

Maggie Update
This week marks 2 years since Maggie (formerly Paula) arrived in her forever home in the UK with Terry and his family.
Rescued from a truck bound for the meat trade, Maggie has left that life far behind. Today she’s safe, loved and enjoying life. #DogMeatTrade

Beautiful Samoyed Xenia was rescued alongside her friend Mia, who has since gone on to find a wonderful home. Xenia faced some health challenges and underwent surgery to remove several tumours. Thankfully, there has been no sign of them returning, #DogMeatTrade

Once disregarded and sold for meat, Matcha is now the deeply cherished companion he always deserved to be. Jennifer from Safe Haven took him under her wing and completely fell in love with him. She now considers Matcha to be her soul dog… and honestly, how beautiful is that?

Bertie is safe and happy in Germany now. He’s being very loved and is currently enjoying riding around in his stroller like a little emperor 🐾 He was diagnosed with hip dysplasia back in March & is receiving physiotherapy #DogMeatTrade #DogMeat #DogMeatTradeSurvivor

Happy 2nd Gotcha Day to Carmel. Carmel was rescued from a dog meat market in China, thankfully she was able to leave and be adopted in UK. Now she lives a joyful life with her loving guardian
