Peace is built through partnership — and through the presence of male allies who believe that women’s empowerment is a fundamental pillar for community stability, recovery, and building a safer, more peaceful future. As part of the “Circles of Peace” project, Tamadon Organization held its first training workshop in the city of Taiz, aiming to strengthen the role of mothers in community healing and the prevention of violent extremism. This project is implemented under the “Peacebuilding Grants” provided by the Peace Track Initiative Organization to its feminist peacebuilding allies in Yemen, reaffirming the importance of collective action in strengthening social cohesion and supporting peace efforts across Yemen. @HamdanDammag

يُبنى السلام بالشراكة، وبوجود حلفاء من الرجال يؤمنون بأن تمكين النساء يشكّل ركيزة أساسية لاستقرار المجتمعات وتعافيها وبناء مستقبل أكثر أمناً وسلاماً. ضمن مشروع “دوائر السلام”، أقامت منظمة تمدّن أولى ورشاتها التدريبية في مدينة تعز، والهادفة إلى تعزيز دور الأمهات في الشفاء المجتمعي والوقاية من التطرف العنيف. وتأتي هذه الورش ضمن "منح السلام" التي تقدمها منظمة مبادرة مسار السلام لشركائها من حلفاء السلام النسوي في اليمن، تأكيداً على أهمية العمل المشترك في تعزيز التماسك المجتمعي ودعم جهود السلام في اليمن. @HamdanDammag

قدّمت منظمة مبادرة مسار السلام دعمها لمؤسسة وجود للأمن الإنساني ضمن مشروع “اقتصاد السلام في البيئة الاقتصادية والمؤسسية للتعافي وإعادة الإعمار والتنمية”، والذي يهدف إلى تعزيز مسارات التعافي الاقتصادي وبناء أسس تنموية أكثر استدامة. واختُتمت في محافظة عدن أولى ورش العمل الخاصة بتحديد أولويات التعافي الاقتصادي وإعادة الإعمار، بمشاركة عدد من الخبراء والجهات المعنية، في خطوة تسعى إلى بلورة رؤى عملية تدعم الاستقرار والتنمية. ويأتي دعم منظمة مبادرة مسار السلام انطلاقًا من إيمانها بأن السلام المستدام يرتبط بشكل مباشر بتمكين المجتمعات اقتصاديًا وتعزيز البنية المؤسسية القادرة على قيادة التعافي وإعادة البناء. وتواصل المنظمة دورها كشريك فاعل في دعم المبادرات التي تسهم في تحويل التوصيات والرؤى الاقتصادية إلى خطوات عملية تنعكس آثارها على الواقع وتخدم مسارات السلام والتنمية في اليمن
