The only way to start this post is with thank you.
Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, donor, friend, and voter who stood with us throughout this nearly 300-day journey. Thank you most of all to the countless people who have been praying for me and my family throughout this campaign.
While last night’s result wasn’t what we hoped for, I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share our vision and fight for the conservative values we believe in. Congratulations to those advancing to the runoff. I will do everything I can to help keep this seat red.
I entered this race as an outsider and a veteran who believes America needs leaders willing to serve, and that belief has not changed. While this chapter has come to a close, my commitment to our country, our community, and the principles we share remains as strong as ever. Though this campaign has ended, I trust that God has a plan, and I’m not done serving.
For now, let us remember that all authority comes from God and I’d ask you to join me in doing as we are commanded and pray for our leaders.
Thank you for your trust, support, and friendship.
God bless South Carolina, and God bless the United States of America. 🇺🇸
