Two Pembrokeshire Harriers ran for Welsh Athletics Masters at the LCW. Daryl John did the half marathon coming home in 1:21 7th In age group and 23rd overall. Alec Williams did the 5km and came 2nd In Age group and 4th overall! #LCW #Pembrokeshire
