Look at what our talented bakers and chefs have to been up; there is no end to their talents! From pizza making in Yr 7, bread in Yr 8, homemade butter in Yr 9 and beautifully decorated gateaux in year 10, quiches, chillis and pasta making; we can’t keep up! Da iawn, pawb!

Three of our talented Yr11 Hospitality & Catering learners recently entered the @SBFutureChef competition at Bridgend College. The guest judges were hugely complimentary of our learners, praising their efforts and professionalism. We're immensely proud; da iawn, pawb!

Hospitality and Catering learners were recently treated to a masterclass in poultry preparation with Kev Hall, Chef and Lecturer at Coleg Y Cymoedd. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the session and enjoyed sampling a range of delicious dishes afterward!

Yr9 are running an Easter Fayre, raising money for their class charities. If you have any items you could donate for learners to sell on stalls (eg sweets, Easter eggs, raffle prizes), they would be very grateful! Donations can be left at Main or Pupil Reception, for Mrs Rees.
