Nothing kills your motivation to work out more than being at PF to do a leg work out and Every. Single. Leg. exercise machine is in use. Now I have to try working out at 5 am again. Or just accept being fat and weak.

The dirty secret is that most of our parents didn’t want us. Our parents were the 1st generation that could have endless sex with whoever, only they hadn’t mastered birth control yet. So they had a lot of unwanted kids who they made fend for themselves, not that I’m still bitter

Struggling with mental health my entire adult life has meant disappointing everyone around me. It’s wanting desperately to meet the needs of others but being unable to. It’s wanting desperately for others to meet your needs but they’re unwilling to because you’re a burden.

A co worker just used the phrase “word boner” . She (yes a person without the capability of having a real boner) described it as excitement for suddenly thinking of a word she was having trouble coming “up” with.
