This was me 2 years today pre hysterectomy.
Please be aware if in menopause, you can still have issues. My Adenomyosis and two fibroids came back with a vengeance. Be aware!

What's needed is access to unbiased appointments rather than 'treatment'. Appts that consider an individual from a holistic perspective, not a blanket assumption that all need medicating. Patient choice not practitioner preference please.

It is great @BBCWomansHour are talking about menopause in the workplace. Talking about the menopause is often not enough for many women who are leaving their jobs due to their symptoms - these women also need access to treatment to reduce symptoms so they can stay at work
