The Pine Games wrapped up its 2nd summer last week with a pizza party & a display of African Drumming by Mayukwa Kashiwa. Perinton Rec & Parks hosted this free mobile camp Tues. & Thurs at Pines of Perinton. The camp is sponsored by Town, Learning Links & Monroe County Sheriffs.

The 10th Perinton Youth Triathlon was a huge success as a packed field of young athletes beat the heat at Center Park Saturday. The event is co-presented by Towpath Bike and the Town. Sponsors include Summit, MVP Health, GVPT, Butterfly Kids Yoga, Wegmans & Newark Family Dental.

The Fairport Fire Department Band entertained the crowd at Kennelley Park Thursday night in the finale of our Gazebo Concert Series. The series is co-presented by the Town & Fairport Public Library. Tuesday, August 9, Mike Kornich will play in our final Children's Gazebo Concert.

It is almost time to cut the ribbon on the new Pickleball and Tennis courts at Fellows Road Park! The courts have been painted and lined. The fences just need to be finished and the nets put on the courts. The goal is to have them in use by mid-August.

Tonight's Center Stage at Center Park concert featuring the RPO and the Fairport Concert Band has been canceled due to forecasted inclement weather and thunderstorms. Mr. Mustard takes the stage Sunday, July 31, at 6 p.m.

The Town welcomed 765 cyclists and crew to Center Park and the PCC Monday as the Cycle the Erie Canal event came to rest for the night. The cyclists had just completed the second leg of their 400-mile journey - 62 miles starting in Medina. Welcome & have a good rest of your trip!

The free concerts are co-produced by the Town of Perinton and Wegmans. This week's concert was sponsored by Fairport Perinton Merchants Association.

78RPM entertained the crowd at Kennelley Park Thursday night as part of the Gazebo Concert Series. The series is co-presented by the Town of Perinton and the Fairport Public Library. 198th Army Band takes the stage Thursday, July 14, at 7 p.m.

The 1st Children's Gazebo Concert of the Summer was a huge success Thursday as Mr. Loops led the crowd in song and dance at Kennelley Park. As one young man yelled right before the last song. "Let's Jam!"
Mistergreene is up next July 26 and Mike Kornich takes the stage August 9.

Tuesday night is the first of 3 children’s concerts the Town of Perinton will present at the Gazebo at Kennelley Park. Mr. Loops will take the stage from 6:30-7:30 for the free event. Mr. Loops leads off Tuesday, followed by Mistergreene on July 26 and Mike Kornich on August 9.

PCC has much to offer all ages of residents, including open basketball in the gym. 18 & over can play 11:30 a.m.-1:15 p.m. Mon, Wed & Fri & 7:30-9 p.m. Fri. 30 & over can play 8:15-9:45 p.m. Mon & 8:30-9:45 Wed. Steve Horowitz has playing basketball in the PCC since 1998.

The Gazebo Concert scheduled for tonight at Kennelley Park has been canceled due to severe weather. Concerts will resume Thursday, June 23, when Melody Masters Big Band takes the stage at 7 p.m.
