I love to pause in my crossover to really my left foot planted with my weight on the left side of my crossover knee. Occasionally to make sure Iām feeling grounded, I like to do a subtle bounce after I pause to make sure Iām balanced and using the ground.

Working some more tennis ball drill work combining footwork, angles, hand eye coordination, and decision making to finish plays. Lengthening the long hop with a feed to a target, then immediately attacking the second bounce short hop with an underhand feed. Drill inspired by @TroskyBaseball

Jayden Wilson made finals in the 400 and anchored the 4x400 to finals with Donte Pocock, Evan Spurrell, and Parker Offineer. Boys 4x800 team of Connor McCann, Noah Dostal, Gabe Anderson, and Jayden Simonson finished 18th overall in Division 1
