Teacher training in the UK needs to be completely overhauled. 8 months PGCE for young graduates does not equip them for working with children. We need a 21st century teacher workforce for 21st century children; for 21st century culture and 21st century commerce.

This lockdown has really drained me personally; it’s been probably the hardest time ever to build a community interest company from scratch alone. Even harder to motivate volunteers and encourage beneficiaries and bid write; honestly it’s the toughest job ever xx
