How to check
Download GPU Z Look at Bus Interface. If it’s below your card’s maximum your GPU isn’t fully utilized.

Manually set PCIe Gen4/5 in BIOS if supported. Ensure the slot isn’t sharing lanes with M.2 or other peripherals. Use a motherboard that provides full x16 electrical lanes for high-bandwidth workloads.
