Refreted my steinberger spirit with stainless steel fretwire, it was fun!

Printed a fret tang griding aid for my Dremel, for use on stainless steel frets. Seems to work ok provided I take it easy and don't let it get too hot.

Santa left a new guitar. Steinberger spirit GT pro. Hoping this has a duel acting
truss rod? As have backed it off but rod nut is now loose and still no neck relief .. will let it rest for a while #steinberger

Ha, yes it must be. Now sorted, another quarter of a turn anticlockwise and it caught again, and now I have some relief. Phew !

I finished my first refret, stainless steel too, on my old squire tele. A bit scary and I learned a lot in the process but I am pleased with the outcome. Next one will be easier 😀

Built a fret wire bender from six skateboard bearings and assorted bits. A little fiddly to set the desired radius, but did the job in the end.
