Born an Arab Muslim in the 8th century, Abo encountered Christianity and spent YEARS studying the faith before making his decision. He knew exactly what conversion could cost him. When authorities demanded that he return to Islam, he refused. He was arrested and eventually executed for his faith in Christ. More than 1,200 years later, his story remains a powerful reminder that following Jesus has never been the easy path.
