Nordspace just tried another launch from St Lawrence and unfortunately had flames on the launch pad. Appears to be extra propellant that burned off, no larger fire and they’re examining the rocket and the pad now

The fire on the launch pad at Nordspace rocket launch was because of extra propellant (they use oxygen and kerosene) the ratio wasn’t right. It just burned itself off and the company says the rocket is safe. Currently evaluating whether they can try again during 3-7pm today

I’m in St. Lawrence standing by for what could be the first commercial rocket launch in Canada. Tomorrow is the first good weather day they’ve had for this launch window
September 22, 2025 19:00 NDT: Launch Director (LD) and Range Safety Officer (RSO) have selected Sep. 23, 2025 (Tuesday) for a high probability launch day. Launch crews will maintain the rocket and ground support equipment in a launch-ready state overnight, with the first launch window opening at 06:30 NDT. The actual launch may occur at any time during the two windows spanning 06:30 - 12:00 NDT and 15:00 - 19:00 NDT. All spectators viewing the launch in-person are required to follow NOTAMS and NAVWARNS for air, land and sea, and are encouraged to review the FAQ on the Launch Info page found on our website. The livestream is expected to commence at approximately 06:30 NDT for online viewers, if conditions remain nominal.

I’m told that the launch window this morning is until noon NL time, so they have just over an hour to complete the launch. If they don’t do it in time they have an afternoon window as well

So there was a problem with the nitrogen lines that disconnect before launch. They didn’t disconnect. Turns out it was a problem with a generator, not the rocket so it’s an easy fix but they can’t try again until 3pm NL time. They have a 4 hour window to do it
