One of the most common utility functions one needs in any PL/SQL project are ones which simplify conversion of BLOBs to CLOBs, and vice versa. As of #orclapex 22.2, apex_util.blob_to_clob and clob_to_blob are supported - docs.oracle.com/en/database/…
