Izac Sin Pepa may only be 15 years old but this teenage prop is already turning heads at the Panthers.
Izac is managed by the SFX Sports Management Group and has been selected into the club’s Winter Development Program with the aim of playing in Penrith’s 2027 Harold Matthews team.

TEAMLIST TUESDAY: Ivan Cleary has named a side without Casey McLean (injured) and the three Origin players. It’s still a strong side but it’s also the Titans best chance to grab a victory especially if Cleary, To’o and Yeo are rested as expected.

INJURY UPDATE: Both Mitch Kenny (leg fracture) and Casey McLean (quadriceps strain) are progressing well with their respective injuries.
While a definitive date has not yet been determined I’m hearing a return for Kenny is scheduled for either round 19 or 20 while McLean is set for a round 17 or 18 return.
Of course with any injury things can and do change. 😊

It doesn’t matter what club you support …we all wish Jai Arrow all the very best with his fight against motor neurone disease. We’re all behind you champion.
Congratulations to local 15 year-old Penrith forward Mason Smith who has signed with the Panthers until the end of 2028.
Mason is a talented and hard-working lock forward who is also a product of the successful Penrith Pathway system.
He hopes to take the next step and play Harold Mathews (Under 17) next season.
I’ve been told that Mason has always dreamed of playing first grade for the Panthers.
Well, it looks like for Mason, the dream is one step closer to coming true.

While the Top 30 player roster for next season is yet to be finalised, I’m hearing that it is a ‘House Full’ sign already at Penrith for 2027.
Unfortunately that meant no room for Freddie Lussick, despite the club being delighted with his form in 2026, hence his move to the Bulldogs next season.
Watch this space though. That’s all I’ll say.

Panthers SG Ball prop Talmage Brown has been selected in the Under 19 NSW State of Origin side.
The hulking 2025 Harold Matthews Player of the Year enjoyed a tough 2026 pre-season training with the Panthers first grade squad.
The club has high hopes for this gentle giant.
