Do not give your kid a smartphone until they can drive.
Do not allow them on social media until they are adults and can decide for themselves.

Just watched the trailers for:
"Obsession" and "Backrooms".
The former looked uninteresting to me - there have been plenty of shows that have already covered this ground.
The latter looked intriguing, though any movie based on or inspired by video games comes with baggage.
