As someone pointed out recently, Councils do not have the °absolute rights° to sell public assets, they are custodians of a district and all within it.
These assets are owned by the public and their financialisation is a scam.

Walter references the apparatus of swimming pools and is a playful nod to the importance of water in our lives. Moseley Road Baths was built for the purpose of providing the civic amenities of washing and swimming, and continues to do so in 2023 (and beyond!)
