The UK/US Temperature Debate:
Firstly, we can complain about the heat (we are NOT saying it's hotter than where you are). Second, The average Temp high for May here is 59°, However yesterday was 93°, THAT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE. On top of the fact we have no AC.
