EXCLUSIVE: On Jan. 10, 2024, a video recording shows Luis, a Venezuelan day laborer, being placed in handcuffs & walked toward a Home Depot building by security personnel.
He was dragged into a security room and allegedly beaten by an off-duty police officer working security.
