Hi all, we're still hard at work processing refunds. We expect to have all refunds submitted within the next 3 days. If you have not yet received a refund, please hang tight. Also, please be aware that you may have already received a partial refund on your order a few months ago.

We are refunding all funds remaining paid to us on orders placed that were not fulfilled. If your pre-order was already partially refunded down to a $5 per game deposit (back in June), we'll process the refund for any remaining funds held on your order(s).

And don't worry--it is not at all necessary to send an email or open a PayPal case to receive your refund! We're working through all of the orders manually and ensuring that refunds are processed correctly and ASAP! Thank you all so much for your understanding and support. ❤️
