-I said that elections should be managed by American citizens (born here or naturalized); is anyone on the Left or Right against that?

Indiana Secretary of State Diego Morales said noncitizens “with the right qualifications” absolutely should be hired by the state.
Morales hired noncitizen Elina Kupce to a chief of staff role despite her apparently never working in government and lacking similar educational credentials to other chiefs of staff in state government.

Prior to him making the rounds in 2025 for 2026; I always thought he would wait and attempt in 2030; to build a stronger base of institutional support and with an open seat; no records to have to run against.

David Shelton, who is running for Indiana Secretary of State as a Republican, voted in the 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2014 Democratic primaries.
Blythe Potter, who is running as a Democrat, voted in the 2008 Republican primary.
I just cannot imagine Shelton having to decide whether Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton was going to save the country, or Potter having to decide whether John McCain or Ron Paul would lead the GOP to victory.

Even the liberal IndyStar is admitting the Democrats’ “calculus has been jumbled” thanks to Max and they would “likely see a much narrower path to victory in November.”
