Remember when Apple made color-matched metallic Lightning docks for iPhone?
They came in Silver, Gold, Space Gray, Rose Gold, and later Matte Black to match the iPhone 7 lineup.

the first laptop that i bought was a top of the line 2013 15” rMBP, with 1 TB of storage and all that, in 2019. I upgraded it with an eGPU in 2020, and then retired the laptop in 2023 because the hacks I was using to get eGPUs to work no longer worked on the latest macOS

I did kinda overpay for the laptop even in 2019 (1100€), but at the time my alternatives were not great in the 15” MacBook Pros. Hilariously though I managed to buy the same exact laptop (except with smaller SSD) for just 320€, in 2021.

I just created a sidebar Dock for MacOS, and it feels amazing to use. Every app has a vertical sidebar these days, why doesn't the OS itself have it?

unpopular opinion but… genuenly just don’t make big stuff if you don’t want it to become big
Ik it’s too late to really cancel the show once the deal is signed, but this is a good example of if you can’t handle it, let someone else handle it for you or don’t do it at all.
This is *the most* depressing thing I've ever seen be done to a creator.
Yall have genuinely sucked the joy out of this thing from someone who just wanted to make a silly serious cartoon for people to enjoy.

I should have gone to sleep 10 minutes ago, but I was getting Tailscale to work in Docker, and it finally works!!! No more dodgy af OpenVPN solutions
The only issue I have is that it doesn’t seem to want to enable Exit Node for some reason, but eh I might not even need it.

Dawg I’m trying to restore this shit from the Time Machine but modern macOS is so fucked it will do the migration for 5 hours, only to fail and put the computer into a boot loop. And when you get out of the loop, nothing has been actually migrated
