I know the feeling. Every book ive beta read besides like, one (just because of the genre not being my thing nut it was sooo well writtn) is something id be promoting everywhere i go 😭😭 The talent is unreal
I would make such a bad literary agent because I'm wowed by almost everything I read. I'd want to sign everyone up and the guilt of rejecting good work would have me catatonic. So glad I'm on this side of the wall in this situation, and not on that side.

This exhaustion is killing me. Im making critical errors now, too. I sent the most typo riddle synopsis way over word count and was so tired, it looked perfect.

I...I'm not crying. The hurt/comfort in this chapter. My fucking god. The healing journey of these characters truly hits me deep in the feels. His pain feels so real to me in just these few sentences I've written. It's so damn emotional.

My goodness...reading the full before hitting send, I've fallen in love again with my foreshadowing. The red herrings. The subtle, but effective way a character's arc hits this beat. They admit to making a decision they can't come back from. One they truly, never recover from :')

As my sleep issues get worse, I think back & realize, the superpowers I thought I had when I was younger were likely the onset of the early stages of what's going on in my brain that doesn't let me sleep. I really can't wait for this next sleep study. I might finally get answers.
