🚨New Procedures for Town of San Tan Valley Residents
✅Beginning July 1, 2026, the Town of San Tan Valley will begin regulating certain zoning and building processes within its town limits.

➡️To assist in this process, the Town of San Tan Valley has entered into intergovernmental agreements and/or Memorandums of Understanding (MOU’s) with Pinal County for certain services.
