别把老实人逼到绝境，你捏碎的是他的毕业梦，放出的却是一个搅得天翻地覆的 “杀神”。 北航耿洪伟同学的导师杨昀女士的处分决定下来了，圈里传得沸沸扬扬，都说她这辈子算折了！ 耿同学赢了！ 北航博导处分内部传开：撤销博导，终身不得招生，追回千万经费，学术圈：她这辈子彻底折了。  整整一年零三天，那个逼得耿同学放弃博士学位的女人，终于付出了代价！       2026年5 月 24 日深夜，学术圈多个内部信源同时确认：北航医学科学与工程学院副教授、耿洪伟的博士生导师杨昀，已被学校作出顶格处理。撤销博士生导师资格，终身不得招收研究生；追回近 5 年所有在研国家级和省部级科研项目经费，共计 1270 万元；取消 "北航医工百人"" 青年拔尖人才 " 等所有荣誉称号；专业技术岗位从副教授直接降为讲师，5 年内不得晋升。          截至发稿，北航官方尚未发布正式通报。          但据学院内部人士透露，处理决定已于 5 月 23 日下午在全院教师大会上宣读，所有参会人员被要求不得对外泄露。         消息一出，整个学术圈都炸了。       有人说这是 "迟来的正义"，有人说 "这比直接开除还狠"。所有人都明白：对于一个 41 岁的青年学者来说，这样的处分，意味着她的学术生涯，已经彻底结束了。       一、圈里传疯了的处分：每一条都打在七寸上很多人不明白，为什么一个 "降为讲师" 的处分，会被称为 "顶格处理"。因为对于一个靠学术吃饭的人来说，这些处分的每一条，都打在了最致命的地方。 首先是终身不得招生。这是比开除还要狠的惩罚。在学术圈，学生就是老师的左膀右臂。没有学生，就没有团队，没有实验数据，没有论文，没有项目，没有经费。一个不能招学生的大学老师，就像一个没有士兵的将军，只能自己单打独斗。别说评教授了，就连最基本的科研工作都无法开展。以后她只能上上课，拿点死工资，再也不可能在学术圈有任何话语权。 其次是追回全部科研经费。杨昀入职北航 8 年，累计拿到了超过 2000 万的科研经费。这次学校一口气追回了近 5 年的 1270 万，意味着她之前所有的科研成果，都被认定为存在问题。不仅如此，她还被列入了国家自然科学基金委的黑名单，终身不得申请任何国家级科研项目。没有经费，就没有实验室，没有设备，没有耗材。对于一个生物医学研究者来说，这等于直接被剥夺了做科研的权利。最后是取消所有荣誉称号。 "北航医工百人"" 青年拔尖人才 "，这些头衔不仅仅是荣誉，更是学术地位的象征。有了这些头衔，才能评杰青、长江，才能进入各种学术委员会，才能掌握行业的话语权。现在，这些全部被取消了。她从一个前途无量的青年学术新星，一夜之间变成了一个普通的讲师。圈里人都说："这处理太狠了，一点活路都没给她留。但她活该。"是啊，她当年断了耿同学的学术生路，现在不过是自食其果而已。           二、五年师徒恩怨：他不肯造假，她就卡他毕业时间回到 2020 年。那一年，耿洪伟以吉大本硕第一名的成绩，考入北航生物医学工程学院，师从杨昀攻读博士学位。当时的杨昀，是北航最炙手可热的青年学者之一。清华本硕，南洋理工博士，33 岁就当上了博导，手握上千万的科研经费，前途一片光明。耿洪伟本来以为，自己遇到了一个好导师。他满怀热情地扎进实验室，每天工作 12 个小时以上，希望能做出一些真正有价值的研究。可他很快就发现，这个实验室和他想象的完全不一样。杨昀几乎从来不到实验室，也从来不指导学生做实验。她每天的工作，就是参加各种会议，拉各种项目，和各种人合作发论文。学生的实验数据，她从来不看；学生遇到的问题，她从来不解决。她只要求一件事：按时交出能发论文的数据。至于数据是怎么来的，她根本不在乎。从 2021 年开始，课题组就形成了一套固定的 "科研流程"：先想好要发什么级别的论文，再编好结论，然后回头去补实验数据。如果实验结果和预期不一样，就修改数据；如果没有实验结果，就用 AI 生成图片。整个课题组，从上到下，都在这么干。只有耿洪伟，不肯同流合污。他说："我读博是为了做真科研，不是为了造假骗学位。"他拒绝在任何有问题的论文上署名，拒绝修改任何一个实验数据。就这样，他和导师的矛盾越来越深。2023 年，耿洪伟因为公开质疑一位业内学者的学术问题，彻底激怒了杨昀。从那以后，他的科研资源被全部切断。实验室的仪器不让他用，试剂不让他买，课题被直接叫停。杨昀把他彻底放养了，既不指导，也不让他毕业。整整两年，耿洪伟在实验室里无事可做。他看着身边的同学，一个个靠着造假的论文顺利毕业，拿到了好工作。而他，只能每天坐在空荡荡的实验室里，看着窗外发呆。2025 年 5 月，在读博第五年，耿洪伟终于心灰意冷。他递交了退学申请，放弃了自己追求了五年的博士学位。临走前，他对杨昀说："你可以不让我毕业，但你不能让我造假。"
