There is so much involved in filming content too, the planning, often hours of equipment setup, makeup, filming the content itself and then long days of editing.
With my usual stream schedule, I only really have 1 day a week to film and I have noticed a pattern of burning out when I've tried to cram too much filming into that 1 day, especially if I have multiple projects or not much time to get them done.
So, just for the moment, I'm taking a bit of extra time with my existing projects. Spreading out the setup & filming over multiple days and making sure I end up with content I am proud of. This means no streams just atm until I get it done.
Coming back to content after taking time off is definitely something I have to get used to again and it has its own challenges but I am happy to be creating again!!
Anyway, sorry for big yap I just wanted to update y'all as I know I've been a bit quiet on socials. If I have learnt anything recently it is that I need to listen to my body so that is what I am trying to stay on top of cause burnout is poopoo. π
